By accessing or using www.dhobixpress.in and availing Dhobi Xpress services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all customers, users, and visitors.
- Services
Dhobi Xpress provides laundry, wash & fold, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and related garment care services through company-owned and franchised outlets. Services, pricing, and timelines may vary by location.
- Order Acceptance
Dhobi Xpress reserves the right to refuse service for any garment due to fabric limitations, hygiene concerns, processing risks, or incomplete customer information.
- Garment Processing & Risk
- All garments are processed as per care labels or customer instructions.
- In the absence of instructions, standard industry practices are followed.
- All articles are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
- Delivery Timelines & Express Service
- Standard delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational issues, weather, transport delays, equipment breakdowns, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Express / urgent delivery, where available, will be charged 50% extra over standard service rates.
- Delivery delays shall not attract refunds or compensation.
- Inspection & Complaints
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- Any complaint related to quality, damage, missing items, or service issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Stain Removal Disclaimer
Dhobi Xpress makes best efforts to remove stains; however, stubborn, old, or non-removable stains are not guaranteed and shall not be treated as service defects.
- Limitations & Exclusions
Dhobi Xpress is not responsible for:
- Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric damage due to inherent fabric nature
- Old, set-in, or non-removable stains
- Damage to buttons, beads, sequins, embroidery, hooks, or zippers
- Pre-existing wear and tear or weak fabric
- Loss or Damage Liability
In case of loss or irreparable damage solely attributable to Dhobi Xpress, liability is limited to a maximum of three (3) times the service charge of the affected garment. No compensation is provided
for sentimental, brand, or market value.
- Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date may attract storage charges. Garments unclaimed beyond 30 days may be disposed of without notice, and Dhobi Xpress shall not be
liable thereafter.
- Pricing & Payments
- Prices may vary store-to-store and city-to-city.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final billing is based on actual inspection, weight, garment count, or service type.
- Full payment is required at delivery unless agreed otherwise.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled. Refunds, if any, are subject to internal verification and management approval.
- Promotional Use of Images
Dhobi Xpress may use images of garments for promotional or marketing purposes. Customers who do not wish to allow this may opt out at the time of placing the order.
- Franchise Disclaimer
Dhobi Xpress operates through franchised outlets. The brand is not responsible for independent acts by franchise partners beyond prescribed brand guidelines.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

- Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
- Certain fabrics carry inherent processing risks.
- Service is provided at the customer’s own risk.
- No compensation is provided for indirect or consequential losses.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and all valid concerns raised within the defined timeline are reviewed fairly.
